IT Infrastructure Manager.

Role:                IT Infrastructure Manager

Salary:             £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location:         Hemel Hempstead, 5 days per week on-site

We are working with a growing IT-enabled healthcare business to help them recruit an IT Infrastructure Manager. Our client is looking for a personable, hardworking, and hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to join their customer-focused IT team and help with the vital work they do in supporting the NHS.

In this role you will be responsible for and exposed to:

• The maintenance of their Storage Area Network (SAN) on entirely VMware hosted infrastructure
• Ownership of the Cyber Security, Information Security, and Information Governance procedures across the business
• Maintenance of the O365 suite, including tenant management, SharePoint, O365 mail, and Teams for circa 450 end-users
• Responsible (as part of the team) for delivering the technical due diligence required to the new owners of the business
• Line management of one infrastructure engineer, matrix management of individuals within the IT team (of 11) reporting into the Head of IT
• Working within a close-knit small IT team, supporting colleagues when required
