Meet The Team.

I have 11 years of experience in the professional services sector. I started out in a fundraising consultancy business and progressed into recruitment in 2015, servicing the NHS IT market. In 2018 I co-founded Penpole Consulting to take more accountability for the resources I was delivering and offer part and fully managed service solutions. I’m a father of four, husband to one, pedal, petrol, rugby, and bicep curl enthusiast.

I bring 10 years commercial experience in Business Development, Management and Marketing to Penpole. I co-founded Penpole in 2018 and my role includes setting the overall direction and strategy of the company, financial management, setting and administering the governance and controls required to comply with current UK contracting legislation as well as account management. Outside of work I am an avid gym goer, mother and wife.

I joined Penpole in August 2022 after recently graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in International Relations. My current role within Penpole includes, providing and managing IT contractors for the NHS. When I am not in work, I am normally found playing rugby, cricket or going to the gym.
