We've recently project managed a Hybrid Mail / Digital Mail pilot rollout and over the next 9 months, will be completing a rollout to replace all 550,000 letters sent by our client, an NHS community & mental healthcare provider with a new, outsourced solution for sending physical letters combined with a Digital solution.
 

For our NHS client this means:
 

Current State mailing costs: £737,000 per annum

Future State mailing costs: £308,000 per annum
 

Add Penpole's Project Management Fees for this Project only: £37,464 per annum.

= 1st Year Savings of £345,464 per year.
